Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer:
Job description: Operate construction equipment including bulldozers, forklifts, back hoes, dump trucks, bobcats, and loaders, to assist in civil and site work. Majority of jobs are commercial work such as helical piles, trench drains, and concrete pads. In addition, the job includes general construction labor such as digging and moving of materials by hand.
Job Requirements/Physical Demands:
- Ability to understand and follow directions including following safety procedures
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Hard working and motivated
- Ability to perform physical labor or operate machinery for extended periods in a variety of weather conditions
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance if needed
- Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing
- Ability to climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders
- Specific vision abilities include close/distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Education and experience:
- 2-5 years in the construction/excavation industry preferred
- 10 Hour Osha card preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record; hoisting license required
- Ability to pass random drug and alcohol tests
Position Type: Full time - Paid hourly, commensurate with experience

Snow plowing:
Job description: During inclement weather you will be called to operate construction equipment including back hoes, dump trucks, bobcats, and loaders, to assist in snow removal.

- Ability to understand and follow directions including following safety procedures

- Ability to work during inclement weather
- Ability to perform physical labor or operate machinery for extended periods in a variety of weather conditions
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance if needed
